The NSS Unit of Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara, is organising 'Santhwanam – An Evening with Them' on 9 July 2026 from 4.15 PM to 5.15 PM at Perumanoor Old Age Home. The programme aims to bring joy, companionship, and emotional support to the elderly through an evening filled with meaningful interactions, love, and laughter. With the message, "Let us be the reason for their smiles today, and may their blessings brighten our tomorrow," the initiative encourages students to spend quality time with the residents and create lasting memories. Through this compassionate outreach, the NSS Unit seeks to foster empathy, social responsibility, and the spirit of service among volunteers while reminding everyone that even a little time shared with the elderly can make a lasting difference in their lives.
