There shall be provision for grievance redressal at four levels. Complaints regarding the evaluation shall be brought to the notice of the teacher concerned in the first instance. If the student is not satisfied with the decision of the teacher concerned, he/she may appeal to the Departmental Redressal Cell which shall have, as members, the Head of the Department, the teacher-in-charge for that particular class and the teacher against whom the complaint is made.

 

The student will also have the freedom to make a further appeal to the College Level Grievance Redressal Cell, which shall have the Principal, the Controller of Internal Examinations and the Head of the Department concerned as members.

If the student is not satisfied, he/she may appeal to the University Level Grievance Redressal Cell which consists of Pro-Vice Chancellor, Affiliation Committee Convenor and Controller of Examinations.The verdict of the University Level Redressal Cell shall be final.

Complaints regarding the internal evaluation shall be made at the earliest opportunity, preferably within two days of the award of marks. Complaints regarding the final tally of marks should be made before the first week of October/ April.
