International Day of the Tropics 2026

The Departments of Zoology and Botany, in association with the Departments of Aquaculture, Environmental Studies, and Sociology, are organizing a special programme in observance of International Day of the Tropics 2026.

The event will feature a talk on "The A&N Islands – At the Tri-Junction of Fragility and Vulnerability" by Prof. Pankaj Sekhsaria, C-TARA, IIT Bombay, renowned researcher, writer, educator, and conservation practitioner.
