Maria Neethu Titus is an accomplished Assistant Professor in Computer Science with over eight years of teaching experience in reputed institutions including St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), MES College Marampally, St. Paul’s College Kalamassery, and St. Albert’s College Ernakulam. She holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, with a CGPA of 8.25/10, and is a triple UGC-NET qualifier (2012, 2018, 2019 ,2024 and 2025).
Maria has demonstrated expertise in teaching a wide range of subjects in computer science and has served as a resource person, examiner, and question paper setter for various autonomous colleges. She is committed to providing quality education through innovative and student-centered teaching methodologies such as flipped classrooms and Google Classroom, promoting conceptual clarity and practical learning.
Her research interests include artificial intelligence, digital forensics, IoT, and data privacy. She has presented research papers on topics such as IoT in 5G, Privacy Issues of Web Mining, and Face Recognition Techniques in Digital Forensics at national and international conferences. Maria is deeply passionate about bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications, encouraging students to explore research-oriented learning.
Technically proficient, she is skilled in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, PHP, and C, and is experienced in web technologies and database management systems like MySQL and MS SQL Server. Her strength lies in her dedication, teamwork, patience, and effective communication skills, which help foster an engaging and inclusive academic environment.
