She earned her doctoral degree from Periyar University, Salem under the guidance of Dr. K.N Jayakumar, Ph.D. Her research publications pertains to the domain of Environmental Psychology, particularly, Employee Green Behaviour. Currently, she heads the Department of Psychology, SH College, Thevara.
