YOGA : Performance Enhancement Programme for Emotional Well-being and Self-Development

YOGA is a 30-hour performance enhancement programme designed to improve emotional and mental well-being while helping participants achieve better focus, balance, and self-awareness. The programme aims to enhance concentration, boost confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote better sleep and calmness through guided sessions and activities. Open to candidates who have completed 12th standard, YOGA serves as a refreshing reset button for personal growth and emotional strength.

The application process is open from 29 April 2026 to 24 May 2026, and the course will commence on 25 May 2026. The programme will be conducted in offline mode with a total duration of 30 hours.

The training programme will be held at Sacred Heart College, Pandit Karuppan Road, Thevara, Kochi, Kerala. The training partner for the programme is Sacred Heart College, Thevara, and participants will receive certification from Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP).
