As part of International Disability Day 2025, the Civic Engagement Cell organized a meaningful celebration at Kumbalam Buds School, engaging warmly with the students and staff. The programme highlighted the importance of inclusion, empathy, and equal opportunities for all, while also promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

Teachers of the school were honoured in recognition of their dedicated service and commitment to nurturing children with special needs. The initiative reflected Sacred Heart College’s mission towards building an inclusive, equitable, and compassionate world, aligned with global efforts for sustainable development.
