An awareness session titled “Empowering with Awareness” was held on 10 March 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Main Auditorium of Sacred Heart College, Thevara. Organised by SWASTI in association with Bodhini as part of International Women’s Day celebrations, the programme aimed to sensitise first-year undergraduate students on digital safety, emotional well-being, and healthy relationships. The session featured informative videos and interactive discussions addressing trauma, toxic relationships, and responsible digital engagement. Resource persons from Bodhini shared practical insights and real-life examples to help students navigate online spaces safely while fostering mental wellness. The programme also encouraged building supportive networks and mindful communication. The session witnessed active participation, with 325 students attending and benefiting from this meaningful initiative.
