The National Service Scheme (NSS) of Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara has been honored at the Mahatma Gandhi University NSS Awards 2024–25 for its outstanding contributions to social service and community engagement. The NSS Unit of the college received the award for Best NSS Unit, recognizing its impactful initiatives and dedicated volunteer activities throughout the year. In addition, Dr. June Cyriac was honored as the Best Programme Officer for exemplary leadership and commitment to NSS activities. Further bringing pride to the institution, Nakul Senan V was awarded Best Volunteer, while Meenakshi Ashok received a Certificate of Appreciation for her active involvement and service.
