The IQAC, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), in collaboration with SAHRUDAYA RAJAGIRI SERVICES & CHARITIES and the Student Wellness Centre, is hosting an enriching Art Therapy Workshop titled "Unwind, Express, and Heal." This special event is organized on the occasion of World Mental Health Day and aims to support the well-being of the Faculty of Humanities (including members from the Departments of English, Economics, Sociology, and Additional Languages). The session will be led by Ms. Meghna Girish, Certified Art Therapist, and will be held on 15th October from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Marian Hall.
