TC/CC Guidelines
Transfer Certificate / Conduct Certificate (TC/CC) – Application Procedure
Students may apply for the Transfer Certificate (TC) and/or Conduct Certificate (CC) through the Student Login portal by following the procedure outlined below:
Important Instructions
- The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after the Sacred Heart College ID card has been submitted.
- Students must report directly to the Help Desk to collect their TC/CC.
- Students are encouraged to apply for the Transfer Certificate (TC) and/or Conduct Certificate (CC) as soon as they complete the course.
- Only those who have completed the final-year UG or PG semesters are eligible to apply for TC/CC.
- Students appearing for supplementary examinations are also eligible to apply for TC/CC.

- For enquiries regarding fees or pending certificate submissions, please contact 0484 2870567.
1. Online Submission (Student Portal)
Log in to the Student Portal and complete the TC/CC Application Form. Submit the form along with the prescribed fee through the online payment system.
2. Examination Cell Verification
Upon submission, the application will be forwarded to the Examination Cell for initial verification. After verification, it will be forwarded to the Admission Office.
3. Admission Office Verification
If cleared by the Examination Cell, the application will proceed to the Admission Office for verification.
- If any discrepancies or certificate-related issues are identified, the application will remain pending. In such cases, the student must contact the Admission Office
- Common issues include non-submission of the Previous TC or Eligibility
4. Accounts Office Clearance
If cleared by the Admission Office, the application will automatically proceed to the Accounts Office for verification of fee dues. Applications with pending dues will remain on hold until they are cleared.
- Common pending fees include Academic Fees, Breakage Fees (for Science Departments), and any other outstanding fees.

5. Library Clearance
After obtaining Accounts clearance, the application will be forwarded to the Library for No- Dues verification. All PG and UG students must return all borrowed books and clear any pending library-related dues.
- PG Students: Must email the final copy of the dissertation submitted to the department, along with the Plagiarism Certificate and AI Usage Certificate, to the Librarian at library@shcollege.ac.in in order to obtain Library clearance.
- If your application is placed on hold, please inform the Library after clearing the dues by contacting +91 484 287 0569
6. NCC / Sports Clearance
The application will then be forwarded to the NCC and Sports Departments (if applicable). Any pending dues must be cleared for further processing.
7. Academic Approvals
Upon completion of all departmental clearances, the application will be forwarded sequentially to:
- Class Teacher
- Head of the Department
- Principal
8. Final Collection at Help Desk
After all approvals are completed, the application will be forwarded to the Help Desk.
- The applicant must visit the Help Desk in person and submit the original College ID Card (Mandatory).
- TC/CC will not be issued without the submission of the original Sacred Heart College ID Card
