The Department of Economics at Sacred Heart College, Thevara, inaugurated its Economics Association for the 2024-25 academic year on August 16, 2024. The event featured Mr. Mathew Joseph, Co-founder and COO of Fresh to Home, as the chief guest, who delivered an address on entrepreneurship in economic development. The inauguration included welcome address, presidential address, and the release of the department's newsletter, 'Oikonomia.' An interactive session allowed students to engage with the Chief Guest.
