The Department of Physics at Sacred Heart College, Thevara, organized “LIVE: Log Into Vital Experiences”, a vibrant No Phone Day initiative led by the first-year physics students on Tuesday, 24 February 2026. Designed around the theme “Reconnect, Recharge, Play", the full-day event encouraged students to step away from their mobile phones and actively engage in meaningful, real-world interactions.

Through a series of group activities and fun-filled games, participants experienced the joy of personal connection, teamwork, and recreation without digital distractions. The initiative fostered camaraderie, enhanced communication skills, and promoted a healthy balance between technology use and everyday life, making the day both refreshing and memorable for all involved.
