The Department of Environmental Studies , SH College, Thevara is organizing a seminar on "Plastic Abuse on Oceans & Vagaries of Monsoon: Role of Oceans and Eco-Friendly Alternatives." Our esteemed resource person, Dr. M.R. Ramesh Kumar, Chief Scientist (retired) and Head of the Physical Oceanography Department at the National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) in Goa, will be sharing valuable insights.
In this seminar, we will delve into the detrimental impact of plastic on our oceans and the monsoon cycle, emphasizing the crucial role of oceans in our ecosystem. Dr. M.R. Ramesh Kumar, a renowned expert in the field, will shed light on these pressing issues and provide valuable solutions.
