Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara, Kochi, in collaboration with the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy, is organising a six-day Faculty Development Programme on “Data-Driven Decision Making and Six Sigma for Quality Management and Industry Excellence” from 7 to 12 September 2026 at the East Campus. The programme aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of Six Sigma principles, DMAIC methodology, tools, and data-driven quality management. Led by academicians, industry experts, and Six Sigma professionals, the sessions will feature case studies, demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on activities designed to promote analytical thinking, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and institutional effectiveness across academia and industry.
