Sacred Heart College Honoured at Education World Rankings 2025 Ceremony
The graduation ceremony for the 2025 batch of Sacred Heart College, Thevara — a prestigious institution with a legacy of over 80 years — was held on May 31, 2025, at the college auditorium.
Shri K. Satish Nambudiripad, Director General of Doordarshan, delivered the convocation address. Dr. P. K. Michael Tharakan, Chairman of the Kerala Council for Historical Research, presented the academic message.
A total of 352 students from 18 Undergraduate and Postgraduate Departments received their Degrees during the main ceremony.
In the afternoon session, held specifically for the Department of Communication, Shri Muhammed Haneesh, Principal Secretary of the Industries Department, delivered the convocation address. During this session, 121 students were awarded their degrees.
At the East Campus convocation ceremony, Shri Raju Narayana Swamy IAS served as the chief guest. A total of 320 students received their Degrees during this session.
The event witnessed the participation of over 1,600 attendees, including students, parents, faculty, and staff. The ceremony was hosted by Dr. Biju C. S., Principal, and Fr. Varghese Kachappilly, College Manager.
