The workshop on “Creating scientific illustrations” was organized by the “Industry Academia Initiative-Dept. of Chemistry, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Sacred Heart Advanced Research Endeavour (SHARE)” of Sacred Heart College Thevara, was held on August 30th, 2024, at Melesius Hall. The welcome speech was delivered by Dr. Shalumon KT, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Chemistry, Sacred heart College. The Presidential address was given by the Principal of Sacred Heart College, Dr. Biju CS. The workshop on “Creating scientific illustrations” was delivered by Dr. Gopikrishna J, professional scientific illustrator and CEO of subunit.studio, Kochi. Dr. Gopikrishna has conducted an excellent interactive session, lead to the increased enthusiasm in students and faculties. In the end, the vote of thanks was expressed by Dr. Jinu George. The session ended at 4.00 pm.
