The Department of Chemistry, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), organized an outreach programme titled “Empowering Young Minds for a Greener Tomorrow” on 18 July 2025 at The Choice School as part of its IQAC initiatives to enhance academic outreach and extension activities. The session, led by Dr. Ram Mohan, Campus Catalyst and Fulbright Specialist, focused on environmental sustainability, climate responsibility, and the role of young minds in addressing global ecological challenges, highlighting practical approaches to sustainable living. Students actively participated in the interactive session, gaining valuable exposure to global perspectives and engaging in meaningful discussions. Coordinated by the Department of Chemistry under IQAC guidance, the programme effectively inspired students to adopt environmentally responsible practices while reinforcing the institution’s commitment to community engagement and sustainable development.
