Nidha T.t joined as an Assistant professor in the Department of Commerce Thevara in 2025.An alumna of the same insitution, she began her teaching career in June 2024.She holds a Master of Commerce in Finance (M.Com – NET Qualified), a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications (B.Com CA).

Her teaching interests include marketing, banking, and accounting papers. She has a Scopus-indexed publication, contributed to ISBN conference proceedings, and presented at two international conferences.

She has attended two national-level FDPs, one UGC-sponsored Short-Term Course, and an Induction Programme. Formerly associated with St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Devagiri, she served as Committee Head for the college’s national-level commerce fest. Currently, she is the Sub-Coordinator of a student club, committed to promoting academic excellence and holistic development among students.
