Dr. Alicia Mathew is an Assistant Professor at Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara, holding a Ph.D. in Statistics with specialisation in Statistical Inference. With teaching experience in Statistics and Mathematics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, her academic experience also includes mentoring, student development, and statistical consultancy for PhD researchers, particularly in data analysis and interpretation. Her research interests include statistical inference, data analysis, and statistical modelling, with publications in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals and presentations at international conferences. Passionate about teaching and research, she is committed to fostering analytical thinking, academic excellence, and the effective application of statistical methods to real-world research.
