The Department of Aquaculture, Sacred Heart College, Thevara, presents AQUAFEST on 21, 24, and 25 November 2025—a three-day celebration of aquatic life, innovation, and sustainability. Organized by the Department of Aquaculture, the event begins on 21 November (Friday), followed by sessions on 24 November (Monday) and 25 November (Tuesday). The inaugural ceremony, commemorating World Fisheries Day, will be held on 24 November at 10:00 am at Dr. Manmohan Hall, with Dr. Hashim M., Scientist E, Ministry of Earth Sciences, delivering the keynote address. The inauguration of the Hatchery Complex will take place at 10:30 am, led by Dr. Fr. Tomy P. P., Bursar, Sacred Heart College, Thevara. Visitors can explore the ornamental fish sale counter, Seafood Fest, and the Exhibition of Fishing Craft and Gears at the Indoor Court. On 25 November, the exhibition and sale counters will continue, concluding with the valedictory function at 3:30 pm in Room No. 156.
