Nair, Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies.  Along with her dedicated team, has recently published a crucial research article titled "Microplastic particles as a vector for toxic-heavy metals: A study on selective aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems" in the prestigious journal Sustainable Chemistry One World. This impactful publication, recognized with a Scopus CiteScore of 2.1 and placed in Quartile 3, delves into the critical issue of how microplastics facilitate the spread of toxic heavy metals across various ecosystems.
