Art of Growing Offline Programme Conducted
The Student Wellness Centre organised the Art of Growing Offline programme to encourage students to consciously disconnect from mobile phones and engage in meaningful offline experiences and face-to-face interactions. The initiative focused on promoting mindful technology use, student wellbeing, and personal development.
The one-hour sessions featured interactive activities centred on communication, observation, social influence, and self-awareness. Students were encouraged to keep their phones aside, participate actively, and reflect on their everyday digital habits while exploring healthier ways of social interaction.
The programme was conducted for second-year students from the Departments of English, Social Work, Chemistry, Sociology, and B.Com Travel & Tourism. Students participated enthusiastically, making the sessions a meaningful opportunity to foster balance, wellbeing, and mindful engagement in their academic and personal lives.
