The Department of Psychology, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Kochi, hosted the MANAS Inaugural International Conference on Psychology on 3–4 September 2026, themed “Culture, Well-Being, and Evolving Human Experience.” The conference brought together students, researchers, faculty members, and industry professionals to explore contemporary psychological perspectives within diverse cultural contexts.

The conference focused on six key areas: Mind-Body Interface; Mental Health, Stigma and Pathways to Care; Stress, Resilience and Well-Being across the Lifespan; Identity, Gender and Social Psychology in Indian Contexts; Technology, Digital Life and Psychological Well-Being; and Indigenous, Cultural and Integrative Approaches to Psychology. The event provided a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on emerging psychological concerns and the evolving human experience.
