The Department of Commerce, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara, Kochi, has presented an in-depth study — “Kerala Fiscal Consensus Forum 2026–31: A Non-Partisan Academic Initiative” — to the Government of Kerala. Academic Leadership and Government Collaboration Dr. Tessa Mary Jose, Dean of Commerce, handed over the report to Hon. Chief Minister V.D.
