Reshma M.J. is a researcher and educator specialising in Commerce and Finance, currently in the final stages of her doctoral research at the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala.

She holds the UGC-NET Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Commerce and is also Kerala SET qualified. Her academic foundation includes an M.Com in Finance, a B.Com in Taxation Law and Accounts, and prior teaching experience of over three years as Assistant Professor at Sree Narayana Guru College of Advanced Studies, Chempazhanthy, affiliated to the University of Kerala. She has also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in GST (Second Rank) from the Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation, Thiruvananthapuram, and a Professional Diploma in Computerised Financial Accounting and Diploma in Computer Applications.

Her research contributions include publications in peer-reviewed journals, multiple presentations at national and international conferences including BITS Pilani and the 45th All India Accounting Conference, and three Best Paper Awards at international and national forums in 2022 and 2026. She brings strong technical proficiency in research tools including SmartPLS 4, SPSS, QGIS, VOSviewer, and MAXQDA.
