Ms Jitty Elsa George is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics with a research focus on financial inclusion, building on her academic distinction of securing First Rank and Gold Medals in her Master’s degree from University of Hyderabad. She has her Bachelor’s degree from University of Kerala. She has cleared UGC NET in Economics. Prior to her current role, she has served as government guest lecturer at CMS College (Autonomous) Kottayam and St. Joseph’s College for Women (Autonomous), Alappuzha. Beyond academics, she has excelled in elocution and debate, winning accolades at the university level, and has received a range of medals and recognitions for both academic excellence and co-curricular achievements.
