Dr. Gayathri Ramesh has been serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara (SF), since the academic year 2023–24.

She has previously held academic positions as Assistant professor and acting head of the Department of Commerce at Mangalam College of Advanced Studies, Ettumanoor, and has also served as Assistant professor at Naipunnya School of Management, Cherthala, and SCMS School of Technology and Management, Muttom.

She has earned her Ph.D. from the Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi, where she was also engaged as a faculty assistant in the Department of Commerce and Management during her doctoral studies.

She has a modest research profile with publications in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC CARE-listed journals, along with presentations at international conferences. She also contributes to the academic community as an editorial manager for the Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, indexed in Scopus (Q1), EBSCO, and PubMed.
