NSS Unit 31 of Sacred Heart College, Thevara, presents a Reel Making Competition as part of the Digital Wellness Campaign in connection with World Mental Health Day.

Theme: “Disconnect to Reconnect: Grounding the Mind in Nature”

Create a 30–60 second Reel showcasing how stepping away from screens and spending time in nature can help recharge, reduce digital fatigue, and promote mental well-being.

Venue: Water Tank Marigold Garden

The Best 3 Reels will be awarded at a special function.

Participants are requested to tag the College NSS Instagram page when posting their Reel.
