Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara proudly hosted the Graduation Ceremony for the Batch of 2026, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of its students. The ceremony was held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, across multiple campuses of the institution. The Main Campus event commenced at 10:00 AM at the college auditorium, followed by the Media Campus (School of Communication) ceremony at 1:30 PM, and the East Campus ceremony at 6:00 PM. Each session was thoughtfully organized to honour graduates from different streams in a meaningful and memorable manner.
The Main Campus ceremony was graced by distinguished dignitaries including Dr. Junaid M. Bushiri, Vice Chancellor of Cochin University of Science and Technology, and Dr. Joseph C. C. CMI of CHRIST (Deemed to be University). Their addresses inspired graduates to pursue excellence and uphold values in their future endeavours.
At the Media Campus (School of Communication), the ceremony featured eminent personalities such as Sashi Kumar, Chairman of the Asian College of Journalism, and Subhash Chandran, renowned writer and editor of Mathrubhumi Weekly. Their presence added depth and inspiration, especially for students entering the media and communication fields.
The East Campus ceremony was led by Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. His address motivated students to embrace leadership, innovation, and lifelong learning as they transition into professional and academic pursuits.
