RULES OF ADMISSION

Regular Courses

A student seeking admission to the college should apply at the office for a copy of the PROSPECTUS AND APPLICATION FORM, remitting Rs. 30/- as registration fee and the required amount for postage which will not be refunded. Separate forms are issued for Degree and Postgraduate courses. The application form duty filled in, may be sent to the Principal so as to reach him on or before the last date published on the college notice board.

In all subsequent enquiries regarding admission the serial number at the top of the application form should be quoted. In case an application is favourably considered, an intimation card will be sent, calling the applicant for interview.

For the interview, the applicant should be accompanied by his/her parent/ guardian. If admission is granted after interview, the applicant should get himself/herself enrolled forthwith paying the required fees.

Documents to be produced at the time of interview

  1. Mark List (Original) and Pass Certificate & one copy of SSLC book / equivalent certificate / copy of plus two mark list.
  2. Transfer Certificate
  3. Course and Conduct Certificate

A Migration Certificate in the case of the students who have passed from any University other than M.G.U. must be produced within a month after enrolment.

Applicants are advised to keep with them true copies of their certificates before they surrender the original certificates at the college office.

Students from backward communities (SC, ST, OEC) should produce at the time of admission their CASTE certificates from the Tahsildar concerned in order to get the benefit of fee concession and other financial aids from the Government; however, they may be required to remit the Caution Deposit at the time of admission. Backward community students, once admitted on the strength of the COMMUNITY and INCOME Certificates, will not be allowed to leave the College unless all fees for the term are paid.

Self Financing Courses

a)   A student seeking admission to the college should, apply at the office for a copy of the Prospectus and Application form remitting Rs.50/- registration fee and the required amount for postage which will not be refunded.

b)  The application form duly filled in may be sent to the principal so as to reach him on or before the last date published on the college notice board.

c)  In all subsequent enquiries regarding admission the serial number at the top of the application form should be quoted.

d)   Admission to degree courses will be on the basis of the marks scored in the Plus Two or equivalent examinations. Admission to post graduate course will be on the basis of the marks scored in the Degree examinations.

e)   For the interview, the applicant should be accompanied by his/her pa-rents/guardian. if, after interview, admission is granted, the applicant should get himself /herself enrolled forthwith paying the required fees.

f)   Documents to be produced at the time of interview :

N . B :
