All catholic students of the college are encouraged to become members of the AICUF (All India Catholic University Federation) unit in our college and all the Catholic members of the faculty and the staff is its honorary members.
The Prior of the S.H. Monastery shall be its ex-officio patron and the Principal, its ex-officio president. There shall be a chaplain nominated by the patron and advisers nominated by the principal from among the catholic members of the staff. There shall be a unit president, vice president, secretary, joint secretary and a treasurer selected by the students. The affairs of the association shall be managed by a committee, consisting of the principal, chaplain, advisers, unit president, vice-president, secretary, joint secretary and the treasurer.
The unit president shall, under the direction of the chaplain and advisers, arrange work-camps, seminars and lectures on religious and social subjects of special interest to catholic students.
The secretary shall write the minutes of the meeting and the annual report of the association.
