There shall be provision for grievance redressal at four levels.
Complaints regarding the evaluation shall be brought to the notice of
the teacher concerned in the first instance. If the student is not
satisfied with the decision of the teacher concerned, he may appeal to
the Departmental Redressal Cell which shall have, as members, the Head
of the Department, the teacher-in-charge for that particular class and
the teacher against whom the complaint is made.
